Upon receiving a “ready-to-go” case file, our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks, provided there are no external delays (e.g., missing information). Once we receive your file, we will review it and send any queries to you, along with the expected completion date and final cost.

*Please note: During busy periods, such as the end of the tax year, the turnaround time may be longer and you will be informed upon enquiry.

  • Up-to-date ceding information (no more than 3 months old for pension switches)

While it’s not mandatory, it can be very helpful! To make things even easier, we’ve designed a Letter of Authority (LOA) that includes our details and all the necessary questions for the provider. Please reach out to one of our team members for a copy.

We use SharePoint to ensure a seamless and secure process of sharing cases.
